AI and generative AI integration services in Australia

AI Integration & Intelligent Business Tools

Put generative AI to work around your company’s actual requirements. RiseSI connects AI assistance to existing applications, workflows and business information—helping your team interpret data, produce useful outputs and find answers in company knowledge.

Focused workflow integrations and knowledge assistants, with scope, access and risk under control.

Make everyday work easier. Make company knowledge more useful.

Begin with a focused business problem or frustration. RiseSI identifies whether workflow assistance, a knowledge tool or a combination is the appropriate starting point.

AI assistance within your workflows

Introduce a focused AI function into a process your team already uses. Start with one recurring task and an agreed output, then build on what proves useful.

  • Turn job, service or operational records into concise management summaries.
  • Extract and organise key details from incoming documents for staff review.
  • Compare quotations or specifications and highlight differences.
  • Classify requests and prepare response or follow-up drafts.
  • Explain calculated business measures in clear, usable language.

A service team records its work as usual. An AI-assisted weekly report summarises recurring issues, outstanding actions and points for management review.

Answers from your business information

Give authorised staff a practical way to ask questions across approved company information, with references back to the material used.

  • Find relevant guidance across procedures and operating manuals.
  • Locate product, equipment and technical information.
  • Retrieve useful context from service histories and agreed records.
  • Support staff learning with approved company knowledge.
  • Bring related information together for a clearer answer.

A technician asks about a recurring equipment issue. The assistant retrieves relevant passages from approved manuals and service records, with source references for checking.

Where RAG fits

Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) supplies relevant information to an AI model when it answers a question. For a company knowledge tool, RiseSI scopes the document collection, search and retrieval, access permissions, source references and updating process. Either route can be commissioned first; the review establishes the work needed.

Add useful capability around existing systems and data.

The starting point could be a business application, a set of operational records or a collection of company documents. RiseSI reviews the available access and chooses a practical connection and delivery method.

Connect the relevant information

Retrieve selected information through an available API, synchronise agreed records or prepare an approved document collection. The approach depends on access, data readiness and the business need.

Fit the output to the work

Deliver assistance inside an existing application where integration permits, through a focused companion tool, or in scheduled reports and communications.

Keep the team in control

Apply agreed validation and approvals to actions that change business records. Keep calculations and business rules controlled, with AI supporting interpretation and communication.

Oracle APEX provides configurable generative-AI services and RAG sources for application-specific information. RiseSI combines the appropriate application components, connections and delivery work for the requirement. Read Oracle’s AI and RAG documentation.

Test a focused capability against real business needs.

A lightweight starting point means a tightly defined task, a manageable set of information and a clear way to judge the result. RiseSI establishes what is practical before a wider commitment.

  1. 1

    Choose the outcome

Agree the task, users, expected output and how usefulness will be assessed.

  2. 2

    Use representative information

Work with approved examples, including typical questions, difficult cases and information gaps.

  3. 3

    Review the working result

Check answer quality, source references, access boundaries and the need for human review.

  4. 4

    Agree the production pathway

Confirm the included work, responsibilities, operating costs and ongoing service before deployment.

Useful assistance with clear boundaries.

Approved information and access

Agree the information used, who is authorised to access it and how provider handling, retention and transfers are managed. Access restrictions are applied through the application and retrieval process.

Answers that can be checked

AI responses require appropriate review and can contain errors. Knowledge tools are designed to show supporting sources and flag when the available information is insufficient. Critical decisions remain with authorised people.

Visible costs and continued care

Identify model usage, document processing, storage, external APIs and maintenance in the proposal. Agree how information is refreshed and how quality and operating costs will be monitored.

Capability Review

If the enquiry indicates a good fit, RiseSI invites you to a paid review. After payment, we meet with your leadership team to more fully understand the requirement, business objectives and digital vision. You receive a written summary of priorities, key risks and the next step. When requirements are clear, RiseSI provides a proposal and quotation.

Where required

Further scoping or practical validation

Where deeper analysis is needed, RiseSI explains the required work and its separate fee. If you approve, we carry out the analysis to support the delivery proposal. A POC tests whether an approach works in practice; an MVP provides a first usable version with agreed core features. POC/MVP work starts from AUD 4,950.

Scope and price agreed

Build and integrate

A focused integration is quoted for the agreed work. Custom application, system or platform development starts from AUD 6,500 per planned delivery month. The proposal, provided in the prior steps, fixes the total price and delivery period for the agreed work, with RiseSI carrying its own delivery overruns.

Service and advancement

Keep improving the business outcome

The proposal confirms ongoing service and support before deployment, including a monthly check-in on how the tool is working, your wider business systems and opportunities for digital advancement. Where RiseSI operates the platform, agreed hosting, support and maintenance start from AUD 650 per month.

AI integration and knowledge tools: Published starting prices do not cover every AI or RAG requirement. Data preparation, access controls, integrations and testing can increase the initial investment and ongoing costs. The AUD 495 Capability Review remains fixed; any further scoping, validation or delivery work is separately priced for your approval before it begins.

60% POC/MVP credit. When you proceed with RiseSI to a production build for the same capability, 60% of the POC or MVP development fees paid to RiseSI is credited against that build. The proposal shows the credit and remaining build price. Taxes and third-party charges are excluded from the credit.

Each payment covers the coming month’s agreed work, or a specified stage or piece of work, and is due before that work begins. AI-provider usage, API work and other external charges are identified in the proposal, including what is included and what is separately priced.

Unused monthly meetings do not accumulate. Additional development and integrations are separately agreed unless included. See Pricing, Commercial Transparency and Terms for the applicable payment, cancellation and service-exit arrangements.

A practical starting point for your business.

Do we need to replace our existing systems?

The review starts with your current applications and available access. Where suitable connections exist, RiseSI adds the agreed capability around those systems. A separate small tool or controlled data import is another option. Any limitations and required changes are explained before commitment.

Do we need a RAG system for every AI integration?

No. A focused summary or document task can work with information supplied for that task. RAG is appropriate where the answer needs to draw on a maintained collection of company information. The two routes can also work together.

Does a knowledge assistant require training a new AI model?

RAG retrieves relevant information to support a response; training a new model is not required for that approach. The proposal separately addresses which provider receives information, its permitted use and the agreed handling controls.

How do we keep the information and results useful?

Identify the people responsible for source documents and business rules, then agree how changes reach the tool. Ongoing service includes the agreed maintenance and monthly review; new information sources, features and integrations are scoped as additional work unless included.

Where would useful AI make a difference in your business?
