Business requirement
Understand the business problem or frustration, current operation or project, people involved and intended outcome before defining the work.
How we work
Start with a clear business objective. RiseSI identifies the work needed and confirms its scope and price for your approval before each paid stage begins.
Controlled delivery
RiseSI builds digital tools around your business objectives, with clear responsibilities, agreed work and practical checks throughout delivery.
01
Understand the business problem or frustration, current operation or project, people involved and intended outcome before defining the work.
02
Record agreed boundaries, decisions, minimum outcomes, risks, delivery stages and deferred items.
03
Where needed, test the proposed approach through a Proof of Concept or introduce a first usable tool through a Minimum Viable Product.
04
Continue with agreed hosting, support and maintenance, plus a monthly check-in on the tool, your wider business systems and opportunities to advance.
Commercial pathway
The enquiry and Capability Review cover custom application, system or platform development, ready-to-go utility suitability, project delivery support, or a combination. RiseSI determines the preparation needed and provides a proposal and quotation when the requirements are clear.
No charge
Tell us about your company, business problem or frustration, current operation or project, the help required and intended outcome. RiseSI reviews your enquiry to assess whether we are a good fit and confirm the appropriate starting point.
AUD 495 fixed
If the initial enquiry indicates a good fit, RiseSI invites you to a paid Capability Review. After payment, we meet with your leadership team to more fully understand the requirement, business objectives and digital vision. You receive a concise written summary of priorities, key risks and the recommended next step. When requirements are clear, RiseSI provides a proposal and quotation for the required work or build.
Where required
Where more detailed analysis is required—for example, to define a custom build or changes and new features for a ready-to-go utility—RiseSI explains the additional scoping work needed and its separate fee. If you approve, we carry out that analysis and use the findings to prepare the delivery proposal and quotation.
Where practical testing is needed, a Proof of Concept (POC) tests whether the proposed approach works in practice for your business requirement. A Minimum Viable Product (MVP) provides a first usable version with agreed core features. POC/MVP work starts from AUD 4,950.
Production and service
Custom application, system or platform development starts from AUD 6,500 per planned delivery month. The proposal, provided in the prior steps, fixes the total price and delivery period for the agreed work, with RiseSI carrying its own delivery overruns.
Ongoing platform service and support for a custom build or a ready-to-go utility starts from AUD 650 per month, including a monthly check-in on your business’s digital progress. The proposal confirms the ongoing service fee and what it includes.
Before production, utility setup or project work begins, the proposal RiseSI provides confirms the scope, delivery fees and any ongoing service costs. Custom builds include agreed development, deployment, delivery leadership, project coordination and risk control. RiseSI carries additional time and effort needed to complete its agreed work; changes to requirements or agreed dependencies are assessed and approved in writing before additional work proceeds.
For standalone project work, including third-party system implementations, the proposal defines RiseSI’s responsibilities, agreed work, period and fees. The Capability Review may provide enough detail to quote directly; if further analysis is needed, RiseSI explains and separately prices it before work begins.
A focused POC often takes around two weeks. For an MVP, RiseSI agrees the features and timing for a first usable version. A focused production build typically takes two to three months. Each proposal confirms the actual delivery period.
Ready-to-go utilities offer a lower setup cost than a custom build and are usually configured for your operation within one to two months of agreement, provided your team has sufficient people and time available to support setup and decisions. RiseSI works with your team throughout, using flexible systems designed to accommodate a wide range of company structures, configurations and specific requirements.
Additional features or customisations can extend delivery. Where connections to other systems through APIs are required, the API configuration and integration work is separately scoped and priced in the proposal. The proposal confirms the agreed work, costs, responsibilities and delivery timetable.
When you proceed with RiseSI to a production build for the same capability, 60% of the POC or MVP development fees paid to RiseSI is credited against that build. The proposal shows the credit and remaining build price. Taxes and third-party charges are excluded from the credit.
Every RiseSI deployment includes a monthly check-in as part of its ongoing service. We discuss how the digital tool is working for your business, your wider business systems and priorities, and new opportunities to save time, improve control and advance through digital tools.
The agreed service also covers hosting, support and maintenance. Unused meetings do not accumulate. Additional development and integrations are separately agreed unless included.
Technology foundation
Technology choices support the business pathway. They do not replace requirements, controls, testing or adoption.
Application layer
Responsive screens, forms, workflows, dashboards, reporting, role-based experiences and controlled application behaviour.
Data and rules
Structured business records, durable relationships, controlled logic, auditability and a foundation that can expand.
Web delivery
DNS, static delivery and appropriate edge or security controls selected for the agreed deployment.
Connection layer
Approved inbound, outbound or two-way data flows where the external system provides suitable access, documentation and security.
A foundation for governed GenAI
Structured operational data and controlled application context can seed carefully governed generative-AI capabilities such as summarisation, classification, drafting and proposed actions. The use case, data exposure, provider controls, human approval, security and cost must be understood before implementation. APIs can also connect approved AI or other external services where justified.
Designed for your people and workflows
Applications and systems are designed and approved with management, then configured around the people doing the work. Workforce interfaces, labels, instructions and guidance are localised into an agreed language where required.
Professional translation, terminology validation, training and the extent of localisation are agreed for each engagement.
A practical next step
Tell us about your company, business problem or frustration, current operation or project, the help required and intended outcome. That is enough to begin the free enquiry review.
