For custom application, system or platform builds, it fixes the total price and delivery period for the agreed work, with RiseSI carrying its own delivery overruns.
Ongoing service and support

Ongoing platform service and support for a custom build or a ready-to-go utility starts from AUD 650 per month. The proposal confirms the fee and included hosting, support and maintenance.
Every RiseSI deployment includes a monthly check-in as part of its ongoing service. We discuss how the digital tool is working for your business, your wider business systems and priorities, and new opportunities to save time, improve control and advance through digital tools. Unused meetings do not accumulate. Additional development and integrations are separately agreed unless included.
