Site-aware operating model
Controlled sites, work areas, resources, calendars, users and responsibilities relevant to the deployment.
Production planning and execution
Establish a configurable production control foundation spanning planning, scheduling, execution, digital travellers, handovers, quality, timing and traceability.
Ready-to-go manufacturing utility — configured for your sites, people and workflows and designed for modular expansion.
The operational need
Manufacturers often coordinate schedules, travellers, handovers, quality records and traceability across separate sheets, paper and systems. The production status may be understood locally but remain difficult to verify across the operation.
A site-aware foundation connects the planned work to accountable execution events while preserving the product, constituent, route, quality and timing structures required for deeper capability.
Practical use case
The released work carries its approved product, route, constituent, timing and quality context. Operators record operation starts and completions, quantities, evidence, exceptions and handovers. Supervisors see current status, constraints and delayed work while traceability accumulates through each controlled event.
The initial deployment can focus on one valuable production loop before additional planning, scheduling or MES/MOM functions are introduced.
What RiseSI establishes
The exact functions, roles and deployment pathway are confirmed through review and written scope.
Controlled sites, work areas, resources, calendars, users and responsibilities relevant to the deployment.
Products, constituents, work definitions, routes, operations and approved production context.
A practical release, priority and timing view, with deeper finite scheduling considered where justified.
Accountable operation events, quantities, evidence, status, exceptions and transfer of responsibility.
Agreed checks, results, non-conformance events and links between material, product, work and process history.
Current work, progress, delay, exception, throughput and other agreed operational measures.
Expected outcomes
Designed for your people and workflows
Workforce-facing interfaces, labels, instructions and guidance are configured around the people using the system. Language localisation, terminology validation and training are available where required and scoped for the deployment.
A clear commercial pathway
Tell us about your company, business problem or frustration, current operation or project, the help required and intended outcome. RiseSI reviews your enquiry at no charge to assess fit and confirm the appropriate starting point.
If the enquiry indicates a good fit, RiseSI invites you to a Capability Review for AUD 495 fixed. After payment, we meet with your leadership team to more fully understand the requirement, business objectives and digital vision. You receive a concise written summary of priorities, key risks and the recommended next step. When requirements are clear, RiseSI provides a proposal and quotation for the required work or build.
Where more detailed analysis is needed to define changes or new features for this utility, RiseSI explains the additional scoping work and its separate fee. If you approve, we carry out that analysis and prepare the setup proposal. API connections to other systems, where required, are separately scoped and priced in the proposal.
Ready-to-go utilities offer a lower setup cost than a custom build. Setup is usually completed within one to two months of agreement, provided your team has sufficient people and time for setup and decisions. We work with your team around your company structures, configurations and requirements. Additional features, customisations or separately scoped API connections can extend the timetable. The proposal confirms work, fees, responsibilities and dates.
Your digital advancement partner
Ongoing platform service and support for this ready-to-go utility starts from AUD 650 per month. The setup proposal confirms the fee and what it includes before you commit to deployment.
Every RiseSI deployment includes a monthly check-in as part of its ongoing service. We discuss how the digital tool is working for your business, your wider business systems and priorities, and opportunities to save time, improve control and advance through digital tools.
The agreed service covers hosting, support and maintenance. Unused meetings do not accumulate. Additional development and integrations are separately agreed unless included.
Each payment covers the coming month’s agreed work, or a specifically agreed stage or piece of work, and is due before that work begins. The proposal sets out the amount and timing of each payment. The custom-build starting price is not the setup price for this utility; the proposal states the applicable utility fees. Additional work requires written approval.
For payment, cancellation and service-exit details, read Commercial Transparency and Terms. The applicable proposal records the commitments for your engagement.
