RiseSI Technologies Pty Ltd helps growing companies establish practical business applications, digital platforms and controlled project delivery.

Commercial Transparency and Change Control

Understand the scope, assumptions and cost before work proceeds.

Move from business requirement, problem or frustration to working digital capability with scope and risk under control. RiseSI explains the required work, price and responsibilities before each paid stage begins.

Understand the commitment before each stage begins.

The proposal RiseSI provides records the agreed work and commercial terms. Any different arrangement must be expressly agreed in writing; mandatory legal rights remain protected.

A clear starting point

The free enquiry review assesses initial fit for a custom application, system or platform, a ready-to-go utility, project delivery support or a combination. The AUD 495 fixed Capability Review then brings your leadership team and RiseSI together to clarify the requirement, business objectives and digital vision, with a written summary of priorities, key risks and the next step.

Further scoping is priced first

When requirements are clear, RiseSI provides a proposal and quotation. Where deeper analysis is needed, including changes or new features for a ready-to-go utility, we explain that work and its separate fee. If you approve, we carry out the analysis and use it to prepare the delivery proposal.

A working example where needed

A Proof of Concept (POC) tests whether an approach works in practice for your requirement. A Minimum Viable Product (MVP) provides a first usable version with agreed core features. POC/MVP work starts from AUD 4,950; its purpose, scope, price and timing are agreed before it begins.

A fixed price for the agreed build

Custom application, system or platform development starts from AUD 6,500 per planned delivery month. The proposal, provided in the prior steps, fixes the total price and delivery period for the agreed work. RiseSI carries its own delivery overruns, including the additional time and effort needed to complete that work.

Utility setup and project support

Ready-to-go utilities offer a lower setup cost than a custom build; the proposal confirms configuration, any separately scoped features or API connections, timing and fees. Standalone project delivery and risk-control work starts from AUD 6,500 per month, with responsibilities, authority, period and fees defined in the proposal.

Included work and external charges

A custom build includes agreed development, deployment, delivery leadership, project coordination and risk control. There is no second project-management fee for that included work. Any additional provider, licence, usage or integration charges are identified in the proposal, with allowances and approval arrangements where relevant.

POC/MVP credit towards production60% of qualifying development fees credited against the same capability’s production build

When you proceed with RiseSI to a production build for the same capability, 60% of the POC or MVP development fees paid to RiseSI is credited against that build. The proposal shows the credit and remaining build price. Taxes and third-party charges are excluded from the credit.

Continued service and digital advancement.

Ongoing platform service and support for a custom build or a ready-to-go utility starts from AUD 650 per month. The delivery proposal confirms the service fee and what it includes before you commit to the build or setup.

Every RiseSI deployment includes a monthly check-in as part of its ongoing service. We discuss how the digital tool is working for your business, your wider business systems and priorities, and opportunities to save time, improve control and advance through digital tools.

The agreed service also covers hosting, support and maintenance. Unused meetings do not accumulate. Additional development and integrations are separately agreed unless included.

Payments relate to the work ahead

Each payment covers the coming month’s agreed work, or a specifically agreed stage or piece of work, and is due before that work begins. The proposal sets out the amount and timing of each payment. Ongoing service fees cover the coming service period and are due before that period begins. Where substantial effort is needed at the outset, a separately priced scoping stage or initial delivery stage is agreed to cover that work.

Cancellation and service exit

You can give written cancellation notice at any time, including during the first delivery month. Agreed work or service continues until the end of the paid period unless a different end date is agreed. Future unstarted periods or work are not charged, subject to any minimum commitment expressly agreed in writing. Fees paid are non-refundable for ordinary cancellation or a change of direction, subject to mandatory legal rights.

Cancelling ongoing service also ends the bundled hosting, platform operation, support and access at the end of the paid period, unless an alternative arrangement is agreed. The agreement addresses data export, the collection window, any separately priced transition work and lawful retention. See Terms for the payment, cancellation and exit provisions.

Some requirements materially change the delivery pathway.

These requirements are assessed against the agreed scope. RiseSI’s own additional effort to complete included work does not create an additional fee.

Application and data complexity

  • New modules or business units outside the agreed baseline
  • Data cleansing, migration, reconciliation or repeated imports
  • Unusual security, regulated-data or audit requirements
  • Extensive localisation, specialist translation or training
  • Performance, storage or transaction volumes beyond assumptions

Connections and external services

  • API design, authentication, mapping, error handling and testing
  • Third-party documentation, access, coordination and support
  • Payment, email, SMS, mapping, AI or other usage charges
  • Changes caused by an external system or provider
  • Special deployment, networking or identity arrangements

Agree changes before additional work proceeds.

Changes to requirements or agreed dependencies are assessed and approved in writing before additional work proceeds. An estimate error or extra effort within RiseSI’s agreed work is a delivery overrun carried by RiseSI.

  1. Identify.Record the requested change, discovered condition or external dependency.
  2. Assess.Explain the likely effect on scope, risk, delivery timing, recurring cost and responsibilities.
  3. Approve.Obtain the applicable written client authority before material additional work or committed cost.
