RiseSI Technologies Pty Ltd helps growing companies establish practical business applications, digital platforms and controlled project delivery.

Pricing and engagement

A clear commercial pathway from enquiry to working capability.

The Capability Review is AUD 495 fixed. Other published prices are starting points. The proposal confirms the agreed work, price, delivery period and any ongoing service costs before you commit to delivery.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). GST is not currently charged. The proposal confirms the total payable before acceptance.

Move from business requirement, problem or frustration to working digital capability with scope and risk under control.

This pathway covers custom application, system or platform development, ready-to-go utilities, project delivery support, or a combination. RiseSI identifies the work needed and confirms its scope and price for your approval before each paid stage begins.

Stage 1

Free enquiry review

No charge

Tell us about your company, business problem or frustration, current operation or project, the help required and intended outcome. RiseSI reviews your enquiry to assess whether we are a good fit and confirm the appropriate starting point.

Stage 3 — where required

Further planning (including detailed scoping) or a working example

Separately priced

Where more detailed analysis is required—for example, to define a custom build or changes and new features for a ready-to-go utility—RiseSI explains the additional scoping work needed and its separate fee. If you approve, we carry out that analysis and use the findings to prepare the delivery proposal and quotation.

Where practical testing is needed, a Proof of Concept (POC) tests whether the proposed approach works in practice for your business requirement. A Minimum Viable Product (MVP) provides a first usable version with agreed core features. POC/MVP work starts from AUD 4,950.

Stage 4 — production and service

Managed build, deployment and ongoing service

Build from AUD 6,500 per month (fixed period)

Custom application, system or platform development starts from AUD 6,500 per planned delivery month. The proposal, provided in the prior steps, fixes the total price and delivery period for the agreed work, with RiseSI carrying its own delivery overruns.

Ongoing platform service and support starts from AUD 650 per month after go-live. The proposal confirms the ongoing service fee and what it includes.

AI integration and knowledge tools: Published starting prices do not cover every AI or RAG requirement. Data preparation, access controls, integrations and testing can increase the initial investment and ongoing costs. The AUD 495 Capability Review remains fixed; any further scoping, validation or delivery work is separately priced for your approval before it begins.

POC and MVP credit Carry 60% of your POC or MVP investment into production.

When you proceed with RiseSI to a production build for the same capability, 60% of the POC or MVP development fees paid to RiseSI is credited against that build. The proposal shows the credit and remaining build price. Taxes and third-party charges are excluded from the credit.

Continued service, digital advancement and project support.

The proposal confirms the setup or delivery fees, ongoing service costs and included work for the arrangement your business needs.

Ongoing Platform Service & Support

From AUD 650 per month

For a custom build or a ready-to-go utility, the agreed service covers hosting, support and maintenance, plus a monthly check-in on your business’s digital progress. The proposal confirms the ongoing service fee and what it includes.

Standalone Digital Delivery, Project & Risk Control

From AUD 6,500 per month

RiseSI also manages large external digital projects, including third-party system implementations, when clients require this support. The proposal defines our responsibilities, agreed work, period and fees. Delivery leadership, coordination and risk control already included in a RiseSI-managed build do not attract a second management fee.

Ready-to-go Operational Utilities

Setup pricing and scope confirmed after review

Ready-to-go utilities offer a lower setup cost than a custom build. RiseSI works with your team to configure the utility around your sites, people, workflows, data and support requirements. Setup is quoted for that work, with ongoing platform service and support from AUD 650 per month.

Ongoing service and support Your digital advancement partner, beyond deployment.

Every RiseSI deployment includes a monthly check-in as part of its ongoing service. We discuss how the digital tool is working for your business, your wider business systems and priorities, and new opportunities to save time, improve control and advance through digital tools.

Unused meetings do not accumulate. Additional development and integrations are separately agreed unless included.

Agreed scope. Fixed cost. RiseSI carries its delivery overruns.

At the starting rate, a custom build quoted for two months is AUD 13,000; three months is AUD 19,500. The proposal fixes the total price and delivery period for the agreed work before the build begins.

Custom builds include agreed development, deployment, delivery leadership, project coordination and risk control. RiseSI carries additional time and effort needed to complete its agreed work; changes to requirements or agreed dependencies are assessed and approved in writing before additional work proceeds.

Typical baseline considerations

  • One defined operational requirement or working loop
  • Introductory or standard application complexity
  • Reasonable client participation and decision access
  • Agreed environments, roles and support pathway
  • Proportionate delivery leadership and control

Common separately scoped areas

  • Custom integrations, APIs and external-provider coordination
  • Data migration, cleansing and repeated imports
  • Unusual security, compliance or regulated-data requirements
  • Multiple business units, extensive localisation or specialist training
  • High-volume storage, messaging, AI, mapping or transaction charges
Material additional work or external cost is explained before it is incurred and proceeds only through the applicable written approval. Read Commercial Transparency and Change Control.

Commercial points to understand before enquiring.

Does sending an enquiry create a charge?

No. The initial written enquiry is reviewed without charge. If it appears suitable, RiseSI sends payment instructions for the AUD 495 Capability Review. No meeting is scheduled automatically.

What does the AUD 495 Capability Review cover?

It covers a focused discussion with your leadership team about your requirement, business objectives and digital vision, followed by a concise written summary of priorities, key risks and the recommended next step. It can address custom application, system or platform development, utility suitability, project delivery needs, or a combination. It does not include a full specification or detailed investigation. RiseSI explains and separately prices any further scoping work required before you decide to proceed with it.

When are the delivery price and ongoing service costs confirmed?

When requirements are clear, RiseSI provides a proposal and quotation for the required work or build. If further scoping or practical testing is needed first, we explain and price that work for your approval before starting. Once that work is complete, the delivery proposal confirms the agreed scope, price, period and any ongoing service costs before you commit to the next stage. If an MVP will be used in your operation, its proposal also confirms the service and support needed for that use.

Is the AUD 6,500 monthly amount project management alone?

No. For a RiseSI-managed custom application, system or platform build, it covers the agreed development work and proportionate delivery leadership, coordination and risk control. Standalone project and risk control is a separate service pathway, with its own agreed responsibilities, period and fees.

How long does delivery take?

A focused POC often takes around two weeks. For an MVP, RiseSI agrees the features and timing for a first usable version. A focused production build typically takes two to three months. Each proposal confirms the actual delivery period.

How long does ready-to-go utility setup take?

Ready-to-go utilities are usually configured for your operation within one to two months of agreement, provided your team has sufficient people and time available to support setup and decisions. RiseSI works with your team throughout, using flexible systems designed to accommodate a wide range of company structures, configurations and specific requirements.

Additional features or customisations can extend delivery. Where connections to other systems through APIs are required, the API configuration and integration work is separately scoped and priced in the proposal. The proposal confirms the agreed work, costs, responsibilities and delivery timetable.

Are integrations included?

Only where expressly included in the applicable scope. APIs, data mapping, authentication, testing, third-party coordination, external fees and ongoing integration support can materially change effort and cost.

Are the published prices final quotations?

The Capability Review fee is AUD 495 fixed. Other published prices are starting points. The proposal and applicable written agreement confirm the actual scope, assumptions, price, taxes and payment terms.

Can I cancel?

You can give written cancellation notice at any time, including during the first delivery month, unless an explicit minimum commitment is agreed in writing. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid period or stage. Fees for that agreed period or work are non-refundable for ordinary cancellation, subject to the payment provisions and Australian legal rights set out in our Terms. Cancelling hosted service also ends platform access at the agreed closure date.

Does RiseSI process customer payments for client applications?

No. Where a client application needs payments, an established payment provider is selected and scoped. Provider charges, onboarding, compliance and transaction handling remain subject to that provider and the written arrangement.
